Delay in Payouts with CAD transactions

This issue has now been resolved. Affected customers can expect to receive their payouts with a delay of 10 hours from the previously expected settlement time.

We will continue monitoring and provide any further updates, if necessary.

Investigating

Due to an external technical issue with one of our payment processing partners, a subset of customers might experience a delay in receiving their payouts with CAD transactions.

Zenoti Engineering team is engaged and working with the partner to resolve the issue. We will keep you posted as and when we receive an update.

All other Zenoti workflows are working as expected.
