Monitoring

We observed a DNS resolution issue that impacted access to our services between 1:20 PM and 1:33 PM PST, during which some users experienced intermittent failures while using Zenoti application. No configuration changes were made on our end and the problem resolved by itself. All services are now fully operational and we will continue monitoring to ensure continued reliability. We apologize for the inconvenience this temporary disruption may have caused and appreciate your patience.
