We would like to inform you that EMEA01 POD hosting Europe and Africa region live customer environments will undergo scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, 03rd October 2023, between 21:30 hrs UTC and Wednesday 04th October 2023, 01:30 hrs UTC. During this maintenance window, services will be disrupted.

Maintenance Details:
~Start Time: Tuesday, 03rd October 2023, between 21:30 hrs UTC.
~End Time: Wednesday, 04th October 2023, between 01:30 hrs UTC.

Maintenance Impact:
~During the maintenance period, all services for customers on EMEA01 POD will not be available.

Post-Maintenance Analytics Unavailability:
~After the maintenance, application services will be fully restored for these customers. However, please note that Analytics functionality will not be available until Saturday, 07th October 2023, 21:30 hrs UTC.

Other POD Environments:
~All other POD environments will remain unaffected during this maintenance window.
