Due to a surge in SMS campaigns scheduled for Black Friday, we experienced delays in delivery status updates. A small number of customers in the USA on the T-Mobile network may have experienced a delay in receiving messages or may not have received them, due to provider-level limitations. Our team has actively collaborated with our SMS partner to expedite these updates. We are pleased to report that our systems have returned to normal as of today and are functioning properly. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
